Withdraws as politician after Downs statements – NRK

The reason that the profiled society debater and politician from Oppland Left now withdraws’s initiative on Østnytt and evening news yesterday that a second grader with special needs Vingar school in Lillehammer has nothing in a regular class to do.

She says to NRK that the cost of to be local politician has been greater than the usefulness and pleasure.

Left politician says she thought she had become immune to proportionality after repeatedly having been promoting in media with controversial statements.

– I’m still not. I did not sleep at night. I can not take more, says Sarromaa.

Do not repeat

After observing second grader Filip for 10-15 minutes at Vingar school wrote Sarromaa an internal report to his left colleagues in the council. Where she claimed that the boy did not have the professional or educational benefit of being in class.

– I had no idea that this would end up on the evening news. I believed, and still believe, that inclusion must have an educational content and an educational community. This does not make me a monster, but NRK and my political opponents have managed to present me as a monster and I do not want to experience this again, writes Sarromaa on Facebook.

The politician believes This case is an example of why it can be difficult to get women to engage in politics.

Sarromaa says that she has not been told to withdraw from the management of the Liberal Party.

She is now on the 2nd place in Lillehammer Liberal list, but writes on Facebook that she is going to apply for an exemption if she is elected. Sarromaa adds that there is no sin on her, but that she now had enough.

– It’s not worth it, it’s really not worth it, she writes in her speech.

Sarromaa told yesterday in the newspaper GD that she does leave, leaving Lillehammer and travel home to Finland for one year. The politician has received a writing grant from Fritt Ord. What she should write about, she will not say.
