Here is the note that made Sarromaa resigned – NRK

– I am surprised that someone has leaked this report. It’s hard to talk about these topics without being stamped as Nazi, says Sanna Sarromaa, 2nd candidate in Lillehammer Liberal list.

13. May the politician visiting the Vingar school in Lillehammer. She is a member of adolescence committee and was built with a 2nd class to see how schools are using the iPad in education.

however, was a student with autism and Down syndrome as she took note of. In a memo to party traps the Left writes Sarromaa that she believes the boy did not belong in an ordinary classroom. After the case became known in the media, received Sarromaa strong reactions and ultimately decided to withdraw from the politician enlisted.

2 candidate oration in this way in the first part of the note:

The first part of Sanna Sarromaas note

“What provoked me in iPad teaching was spes.ped.eleven back of the class. He has both Downs and autism. He sat back in the classroom with TWO (2!) Assistants one of which he helped KU-SAU-HORSE and stuff on the iPad, the other shushed him down because he made such a loud noise. Meanwhile drove the rest of the class with something else (I did not catch what it was because I was behind this spec. Ped. -Guys, So I did not hear so well). “

One assistant Sarromaa mention was just a student and not ordinary at work. Asked whether she is too bombastic in the note, responding politician this:

– No, I think not. I feel it is you who portray me like that, she said.

Observed in a quarter

Sarromaa claims that she was angered by the way the boy was “sort-including” on.

– He is not included. He is physically present, but he does his and not the same as the others. I believe this is a relevant issue that we have to discuss. Schools claim they exclude, but do they really there ?, asks left politician.

Furthermore, in the note to party traps she writes this:

The second part of Sanna Sarromaas note

“My heart sighs are the following: This boy had NO PEDAGOGISK or ACADEMIC BENEFIT of sitting in that class during this session or vice versa. On the contrary, his presence was a disturbing element (and purely economic: Maybe he had fared with one assistant if he had not been in the classroom?). I know INCLUSION is a dominant ideology within the Norwegian education and special education, but it may not be so spes.ped.elever with heavy disabilities are used as tools for the so-called normal students to broaden their ideas of normality? Then his presence in the classroom only instrumentally (not professional or educational). It does not serve him professionally. “

Sarromaa was just inside the classroom for 10-15 minutes.

– How can you be so sure that the boy not are included in school?

– I do not exclude the possibility that he will be more included in other lessons. I base this note at that moment I was in the classroom, says the politician.

Will look a community

In the last part of the note writes Sarromaa following:

The third part of Sanna Sarromaas note

“But this is – I know – like swearing in church in this country where all will learn everything and everyone to be friends with everyone. Although I think that inclusive education must serve an educational and professional goals. In this case I think that both the “normal” class and spes.ped. pupil had gotten more out of hours if he had driven on in his own room next door. He ran the in with a completely separate program! I know that I am still angry at this! “

Left politician thinks the boy is being made into a tool for teaching other students about inclusion.

– This happens in many Norwegian classrooms. For whom he sits in the classroom? Is it for themselves or for someone else ?, asks Sarromaa.

The politician believes that not all Norwegian students can learn the same.

– The is a good goal that everyone should be friends, but that’s not what you do at school, she said.

Sarromaa mean inclusion must be done correctly, if there is to be no point.

– It is a beautiful and great principle, but it should result in a community. The fifteen minutes I saw showed not a community.

The politician said she had not worded in this way, if she knew that the note should end up in the media.

– If I knew you were going to discuss every word I have written, I would probably not have said it this way, she says.
