Local Politicians in a number of local authorities believe KS ‘teacher requirements do not reflect what local authorities actually want.
More and more local politicians believe local government interest group KS, as a dealer with teachers on behalf of them, conveys the municipalities’ actual needs and interests.
Recently, local politicians from both Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim, Kristiansand, Drammen and Odda stated that they did not think KS mandate in negotiations the teachers are well enough grounded in the municipalities.
– The mandate has not been treated politically with us, and I am not aware of any other municipalities where the mandate is treated, says Christian Democratic Party (KrF) Deputy Mayor of Kristiansand, Jørgen Kristiansen said.

He says Kristiansand Presidency decided to send a note to KS Wednesday night, calling for a much more orderly process in the future . The Presidency will not take a position on the content of the mandate so long as the parties are in the middle of negotiations.
– But my impression is that we probably would have ended up with another mandate if this was handled politically, says Kristiansen.
In a survey of 328 municipalities conducted by LO Featured in March this year, said only 8 percent of the municipalities that issue was dealt with politically.
– The study confirms my impression that the process has not been good enough, says Kristiansen.
– KS has all the blame
Mayor John Opdal (H) in Odda municipality has sent a letter to KS with strong criticism of the strategy, after a total council already in March asked the organization to drop the requirement for increased presence. Opdalingen think KS should take all the blame for teacher strike, NRK.
Also Stavanger Mayor Christine Sagen Helgø (H), together with several other Stavanger politicians asked KS to waive the requirement.
Tuesday approved an overall negotiating in Buskerud County Council requesting KS to meet teachers’ wishes.
Mayor of Radøy, Jon Askeland (Sp), says KS has failed in the lead, and that the case should have been sent out for consultation.
– Not since 2009 has KS asked local councils for their opinions about teachers working, he says to NRK.

Marte Løvik (Sp ), chairman of adolescence Committee in Trondheim, called the KS procedure “extremely frustrating” and said it has not been pursued only discussion at the local level about the mandate, writes Adresseavisen.
Two Conservative city council Stavanger and Bergen told the Today Business in early August that the communication between municipalities and KS may have given a negotiating mandate municipalities no desire.
In a survey of Local Report completed in mid-August, answering 72 percent of country’s public school politicians and mayors that they understand that teachers strikes. 39 percent have a “very great understanding.”
The response rate among politicians, however, is insufficient to establish that the responses are representative of all the country’s educational policy makers.
– 99.5 percent positive
Communications Director KS, Jørn Ivar Baade, commented that the mandate adopted by the board of KS, and the process behind the mandate is in line with KS ‘policies and regulations.

A former senior Istvan Kovacs puts the wall referee the match between … – Sports Gazette
Scandalul de la meciul dintre Chiajna şi Dinamo nu mai ia sfîrşit. După încheierea partidei din etapa a cincea, scor 0-0, Flavius Stoican l-a acuzat dur pe arbitrul întîlnirii Istvan Kovacs, reproşîndu-i atitudinea arogantă la adresa lui.
Lucrurile nu s-au oprit aici. Acum, la doar cîteva zile de la acel incident, Dan Lăzărescu, fostul vicepreşedinte CCA, a făcut noi dezvăluiri despre arbitrul Kovacs.
“Cînd eram la Comisia Centrală am avut informaţii că Istvan Kovacs este un arbitru arogant, că vorbeşte urît în teren şi chiar l-am chemat la Comisie şi i-am atras atenţia. Mi s-a spus că jigneşte jucătorii. Nu mă ascund, cel care mi-a spus a fost Vlăduţ Munteanu, pe atunci jucător la Chiajna. I-am atras atenţia lui Kovacs, văd că recidivează şi nu e în regulă”, a spus Dan Lăzărescu la Dolcesport.

Opera rally on the stock exchange – Songa saw red – HegnarOnline
The main index of the Oslo Stock Exchange ended at 610.09 on Monday after an increase of 0.65 percent.
Shares and equity certificates are traded 1,817 million.
The index is thus down 2.6 per cent last month, up 11.2 percent year to date.
In Europe ended German DAX and French CAC 40 up resp. 1.8 and 2.1 percent.
Mario spoke up exchanges

Accidentarea lui Arlauskis, din minutul 37 al partidei cu Ceahlăul, a devenit grija principală a steliştilor. Nu e clar încă dacă lituanianul, afectat de probleme ale muşchilor aductori, va putea fi OK pînă miercuri. Gâlcă va hotărî în funcţie de evoluţia medicală a goalkeeperului titular. În cazul în care Arlauskis va mai simţi dureri, locul din poartă o să fie luat de Florin Niţă.
Un meci de senzaţie, tocmai cu Steaua
Portarul adus în vara anului trecut de la Chiajna, gratis, l-a înlocuit pe Arlauskis şi în jocul cu Ceahlăul, din momentul în care balticul s-a accidentat şi a solicitat să fie schimbat. Mutării “Niţă în loc de Arlauskis” i-a urmat golul lui Vlad Achim, reuşita care a asigurat victoria nemţenilor. Florin nu a gafat la golul încasat, dar utilizarea lui din start la Sofia se anunţă una riscantă pentru Steaua. Pentru că nici istoricul lui Niţă, nici prestaţiile sale recente nu îl încurajează pe Gâlcă.
Rezerva e departe de valoarea titularului şi nici nu a mai evoluat vreodată într-o partidă atît de importantă precum va fi cea de miercuri. Punctul maxim al carierei lui Niţă s-a consumat în 2012, în Cupa României. Chiar împotriva “militarilor”, el a prins o seară formidabilă, Concordia a scos un 0-0 după 120 de minute şi s-a calificat în urma executării loviturilor de departajare. Performanţa i-a atras atenţia lui Reghecampf.
Serie de gafe
Laurenţiu l-a adus pe Florin de la Chiajna la Steaua, în vara lui 2013, ca să aibă o rezervă pentru Tătăruşanu. El nu a fost în nici un moment un concurent serios pentru Ciprian în prima jumătate a anului şi nu constituie un rival de calibru nici pentru Arlauskis. Dar s-a mai apelat la Niţă. A prins 6 meciuri în Liga 1 de cînd a semnat cu roş-albaştrii, cu tot cu cele 53 de minute din partida cu Ceahlăul, 0-1. De trei ori a fost notat cu 6 în Gazetă. La ultimele trei apariţii, nu a ajutat echipa niciodată!
A luat 4 pentru prestaţia dintr-un 2-2 cu Pandurii, apoi 5 la 2-2 cu Oţelul şi iar 5 sîmbătă, după eşecul cu nemţenii. O serie de meciuri proaste cum Niţă a mai prins de cîteva ori şi la Concordia. În 2013, mai des i-a “îngropat” decît i-a salvat pe ilfoveni: o dată a primit nota 3, de două ori a luat 4 şi de trei ori s-a ales cu nota 5!
Ilie Stan, antrenorul de atunci al Chiajnei, era disperat din cauza formei dezastruoase a portarului cu care Steaua ar putea să meargă miercuri la Sofia.

Unul e de un milion, celălalt e gratuit
Arlauskis e mai tînăr cu un an decît Niţă, 26 are lituanianul şi 27 românul. Parcursul pe care l-a bifat fiecare dintre ei pînă în acest moment confirmă diferenţa de valoare. Arlauskis s-a vîndut în 2010 de la Unirea Urziceni la Rubin Kazan pentru un milion de euro, Niţă nu a costat bani niciodată, a fost tranzacţionat numai gratuit, de la Chiajna la Steaua. Ce borne au parcurs portarii Stelei pînă în acest moment:
- în 2007, cînd Arlauskis era transferat de la Siauliai, din Lituania, la Unirea Urziceni, pentru 150.000 de euro, Niţă era rezervă la Chiajna, o nou-promovată în L2.
- Arlauskis a cîştigat campionatul cu Unirea în 2009, cu 30 de apariţii între buturi, unul dintre oamenii cei mai importanţi din formaţia lui Dan Petrescu. Niţă prindea 15 meciuri în eşalonul secund pentru Concordia.
- Rubin l-a achiziţionat în 2010 pe “Arla” pentru un milion de euro. Balticul a prins rar un loc în echipa rusă în 4 ani petrecuţi acolo. Un interval de timp în care Niţă a promovat cu Chiajna în Liga 1 şi a fost, de obicei, titular în poarta trupei din Ilfov. În vara lui 2013, Steaua l-a achiziţionat gratuit, după ce îi expirase contractul cu Concordia.
- Lituanianul a trecut la Steaua în vara aceasta şi a devenit imediat titular, în locul lui Tătăruşanu şi în faţa lui Florin.
Tănase îşi revine
Gâlcă primeşte şi o veste bună. Cristi Tănase se antrenează normal şi ar putea să joace la Sofia. Dodel a ratat din pricina unei accidentări şi turul cu Ludogoreţ, şi întîlnirea cu Ceahlăul. Prezenţa lui pe teren în Bulgaria e importantă, mai ales în contextul absenţei certe a lui Chipciu, suspendat. Tănase nu a mai jucat de la victoria cu 1-0 împotriva lui CFR, la Cluj, un meci pe care el l-a decis înscriind unicul gol.

Instanţa a respins apelurile făcute de toţi inculpaţii din dosarul Loteria I, precum şi toate cererile de schimbare a încadrărilor jurice ale faptelor acestora, făcute pe parcursul judecării cauzei, a notat Mediafax.
Tribunalul Bucureşti a menţinut decizia de condamnare dată de Judecătoria Sectorului 2 în 29 ianuarie, astfel că George Copos rămâne cu pedeapsa de patru ani de închisoare cu executare. Instanţa a constatat că George Copos a fost arestat într-o altă cauză.
Decizia Tribunalului Bucureşti este definitivă.
George Copos este încarcerat la Penitenciarul Rahova, unde execută pedeapsa de trei ani şi opt luni de închisoare primită în dosarul transferurilor de jucători.
George Copos a fost trimis în judecată în iunie 2006.
