Os Tomteselskap was founded 20.09.1966. Aksjeinnehavarar was Os kommune, Bergen and Omland housing associations (BOB) and the Norwegian Residential byggelags Association (NBBL), sistnemnde was secretariat. This was the owners with great effectively, write Tor A. Lunde.

I was add in Os municipality, the technical department in 1966, the same year that Os Tomteselskap AS was founded. That add in the municipality I had a mission tomteselskapet in various roles until 2005. A note is made in the pipeline and I have followed with the company their great efforts for the Os community to the present day.
Bustadbyggingsprogram
In the 1970s and 1980s came bustadbyggingsprogram treatment in Os kommunstyre every year.
