Zoning Løvsethaugen 2 – plan proposals for consultation / public scrutiny – Melhus Municipality

The Austrians have in meeting 06/14/2016, issue 64/16, adopted the following resolution:

Pursuant to the Planning and Building Act § 12 to 10 be proposed zoning for Løvsethaugen 2 with plan description , a planning map and plan provisions for public inspection and circulated for comment. Emphasis by ROS analysis, area layout, site plan / outdoors plane sun / shade analysis, the VA plan, approved VA-note, geotechnical report and geotechnical note.

The planning proposal is in line with the overall plan and sufficiently enlightened to that it can be available for public inspection and circulated for comment. It must, however, in consultation period examined further whether trail north in the planning area is a sunken road or not. It must be sought in finding good solutions for maneuverability for future timber traffic in the area. It must also be accounted for capacity schools and kindergartens in the area.

Before the plan laid out for public scrutiny and consultation, the following changes are made:

• Access to area B1 must appear / endorsed the plan map, and it must be stated in the provisions that visibility also is safeguarded acc. road standards.

 

• It should be added provision section. 3.3 that network stations must be established and tension set before granting the use permit.

 

• The provision section. 4.3 and 4.5 respectively pedestrian and cycle path and public other veggrunn – green area be removed, as they are not linked to any object in the plan.

 

The plan is prepared by Voll architects on behalf of pulse Eiendom AS. The purpose of the proposed plan is to facilitate a development of 34 plots of land and one plot for 6-5 townhouses, gathered up to 40 units.

The planning proposal can be seen here. Changes in the decision must be made before the plan laid out for public inspection and circulated for consultation is completed. Plan documents are thus updated with the latest changes.
