Municipal Council Decision ang municipalities form. – Lund Municipality

The municipal council adopted this

1. Council asks Negotiation go into negotiations with the other municipalities in Dalane in line with the municipal council in KS Case 038/15 and accompanying “Note regarding municipalities form – Dalane municipality”.

2. Council asks alderman within 04.15.16 investigating “zero – option”, ie Lund municipality composed as a separate municipality. This is to ensure that the “zero option” is one of the possible alternative for the referendum in the spring of 2016.

3. If the host model Lister 3 study not leading to a final agreement, it opens up that Lund Municipality can go in negotiations to merge with one or more municipalities Flekkefjord, Kvinesdal or Sirdal. Negotiation result is possibly one of the options in the referendum in the spring of 2016, ref. K-resolution 038/15 and the statement from the county of Rogaland.

4. The establishment of two input groups with at least three members each, which provides input tilforhandlingsutvalget. The Presidency appoints members to the groups.

5. The reference group expanded and represented by all parties.
