The municipality is on wild roads – Rome Blad

Tom Ståhl argues detour for municipal funds as it was planned over 30 years ago. His harassment should I bypass it took Ola Fjeldheim off to RB 12 December. 30 years ago was Jessheim a small village. The airport has provided a rapid development, Jessheim has been city.

Jessheim need robust road system that can take traffic from east / northeast quickly E6. Somehow we have: Fv. 174 north from Skogmo is avkjørselsfri. From Skogmo need Jessheim corresponding detour that can be linked fastest possible E6. I have provided input on the public meeting in 2013 and the consultation process regarding municipal planning proposals.

Langeland Crossed

My suggestion follows municipal line from Skogmo, so tunneled through Langeland mountains between Speiderhytta and shooting range. Neither cabin or pitch touched, and only two trails crossed. Connection to E6 happens to split to / from Oslo one kilometer south of the current Langeland cross. Same principle as the exit to Gardermoen further north on the E6. About housing construction shall be connected, it must occur in roundabout via an internal road network. I am prepared to hear that this is too expensive. Costs are about 200 million, compared with about 140 for the municipal option.

Ullensaker spent consulting firm Cowi to assess detour road. A note of 2 December 2012 describes traffic impacts of new residential areas in Jessheim southeast. Here is the conclusion that the planned road will not have the desired effect as detour. Same company has prepared a screening report of 5 November 2012 with the same conclusion. It says one at term by this proposal must establish a new motor junction south of Langeland Crossing. This will come where my option related to the E6. What will the future relocation of the crossing cost? Completely different amounts than the 200 million my suggestion is intended. There is a huge savings in my suggestion that removes the need to move Langeland Crossing, and one will get two good access routes from E6 to Jessheim. Tom Ståhl says cited in RB December 3rd: “We see the relationship between the development of the municipality, the need for infrastructure and road solutions, and look at how we can so lve the municipality’s challenges in the short and long term. Then one must think broadly and not be parochial. “I would urge Ståhl to follow up this statement.

My background

My input is academically based. Politicians and other interested is welcome to contact if they want further explanations.
