- The storm has become a playpen for the “boys boys” – Avisa Nordland

AN told two weeks ago that the storm is operated with a different operating model than the city council adopted.

Since we have tried to get access to documents that could provide answers to who is behind a decision on changing the operating model and ultimately that has taken the decision.

The same Svein Olsen (Red) attempted, also unsuccessfully.

– The only thing that I have found documented, is an orientation to the steering storm where it says it is determined that the new operating model will be introduced. It does not say by whom and why and whether it is rooted somewhere. Is there at all a Board decision? he asks himself.

Zero respect for city council

He speculates further on the report from Ernst & amp; Young has a pre-booked conclusion.

– Or is it the chairman Morten Jakhelln who have decided this on their own? he asked from the pulpit of the City Council and concluded:

– Is storm become a playpen for the “boys boys”? To me it looks like the respect for a city council decision is zero!

Neither the chairman Morten Jakhelln or any other representatives from Bodø Cultural was present in the city council. It has not succeeded AN to get him on the phone Thursday.

Provoked

brigt Kristensen (R) is also not impressed.

– It is said that the chairman is traveling, and it may appear as multiple in this case. Is there really no other directors who can answer about operating model for storm is treated in cultural board? In that case it is sensational! he initiated.

Kristensen is also cursed for all the work the politicians let down for putting into moms- and tax rules before operating model was treated and vedatt city council in March-14.

– It is provocative if this work has been discarded, just like that and unless we have been informed.

Parti Decreasing Synne Bjørbæk believes the matter should have been easy to find out by referring to the Local Government Act in his speech to the city council:

– It follows from the Local Government Act § 67: “The Company is headed by board who has the authority to make decisions in all matters concerning the company and its operations. The Board ensures that business is conducted in accordance with enterprise objectives, statutes, local authority financial plan and annual budget and other decisions or guidelines set by the municipal council or county council “.

Banana Republic

She asks mayor:

– Is it so bad for the democracy in Bodø that in real banana republic-style mean that private individuals can overrule decisions made of the city’s elected officials and so-called Valter with municipal finances at its discretion? It is so, sensational!

Neither Kirsten Hasvoll (SV) is impressed situation:

– And I miss chairman here in the audience, she pointed out.

– Disturbing

Inga Lill Sundset (Labor) also demanded answers from the mayor.

– This is disturbing and illustrates the challenges of organization of municipal authorities, said Inga Lill Sundset from the pulpit and asked:

– What we mayor do to rectify the situation in the storm?

Mayor Ole Henrik Hjartøy began by saying that the situation in the storm are not the same as in Stavanger and Kristiansand.

– It is unfortunate that the media portrays it that way, he said.

He elaborated, however, not facing the City Council what is the difference between Stavanger Symphony and The Tempest.

“is practiced within”

Hjartøy also says that they are in dialogue with the Tax Nord on the interpretation of the regulations for merverdiavgiftskomepensasjon for storm.

– And both management and consulting agency Ernst & amp; Young believes we have a good case, he stressed.

He promises that the matter will be discussed in a separate case to the next City Council meeting, but stressed:

– The finance director, chief officer and accountant believes the cultural center has acted work involving the affects they have received.

Disrespectful

He likes neither the chairman Jakhelln get through.

– As far as I know, is Chairman traveling and I find this kind of phraseology and attacks is disrespectful to a person who is not here and can answer for themselves.

AN has for several days been trying to get answers to the following questions from Morten Jakhelln and Councilman Rolf Kåre Jensen.

1: Is change in the operating model for storm handled by the Board in Bodø Cultural?

2: Has it been held a meeting with the Tax North, Ernst & amp; Young recommends the note from 12.06.2014?

Neither of the two have responded to their inquiries AN
