We chose to take point of departure in “the light”, and how we can be lights in the world. It also gave the opportunity to focus on children’s rights and their possibility to influence.
More than 6. graders wrote the lyrics to the theme. A wrote about cancer and sykehusklovner, another about the power of the word, and that we all have a responsibility for how we talk to and about each other. A group visited the Johannes learning center and conducted interviews with refugees. Then made a strong play, based on interviews and their own reflections. There they presented bodes well for the future.

We would set the mood from the first moment. When the show began was the hall dark, 6. step stood around the audience and 1. step was on stage, dressed as nisseunger. Several people have claimed that the school has done a turnaround. The first time the case was referred to, was the evening of the 14. December. Desembersamlingen was the morning of 16. December.
