Bhatti allegedly been in repeated contact with the Norwegian Embassy and shall have received confirmation that the Norwegian authorities had not requested entry on “no fly” list. So, on December 26, succeeded Bhatti getting the Pakistani authorities to repeal exit- and grounding.
Already 19 days after being taken off the list, he therefore bought a one-way ticket from Lahore Gardermoen. Further, he did not, since the police would arrest him in family violence case were already waiting at the aircraft door.
Ville in questioning
The court emphasized tonight an earlier letter from Elden that “Bhatti wants to go in questioning, and will come to Norway when the police may need it in the investigation. “

Although the court has decided that Bhatti be released, the police are given so-called suspensive effect to any appeals are elucidated.
