Samsung has started rolling out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Note II users in India via an OTA update. For those who haven't been notified about the update can check their 'About Phone' option in the settings menu. If you are unable to get it, we suggest you wait for a bit longer as Samsung may be rolling it out in phases.
The 4.3 Jelly Bean update brings Galaxy Gear smartwatch compatibility to the Galaxy Note II. Additionally, Samsung is brining KNOX, better RAM management, improved performance and UI and also some security enhancements.
Earlier this week, Samsung had to suspend the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S III users after users reported some issues with their devices. Its early days, and we will have to wait and watch if the latest update brings the same issues on the Galaxy Note II.
