New buildings along or tæt by the københavnske havnefront going forward could make a stormflod, which is 2,63 meters above the normally distressed. It kræver municipality in a note published in december. Hidtil, the municipality only krævet, that buildings should be able to clear a stormflod of 1.60 metres.
The new requirements have flooded the municipality’s Center for Buildings with e-mail and telefonopkald from the engineers, where projekterer buildings in nærheden af the sea. It will in fact be no more expensive that ensure a building mod a vandstand of 2,63 meters end 1.60 metres.
“One can ensure the building of two måder,” victory anerkendt statiker Find O. Sørensen from rådgivningsvirksomheden EKJ:
“You can install a kind of overløbssystem, where can reducere pressure on kælderdæk and vægge, and acceptere, that the building is flooded up to 2.63 meters, or do the building completely tæt and secure it with jordankre. The last will be no more expensive that the deal in relation to a højvande at 2,63 m instead of 1.60 metres.”
He marvels sig desuden over, that requirement is only gælder buildings tæt on the port.
“Actually, it should also gælde buildings længere væk from the port. It will not be acceptabelt, that a kendt and forventelig forhøjet vandstand can result in, that etageejendomme falder together, no matter that the forhøjede vandstand will only occur sjældent,” victory he.
Can clear the 100-årshændelse in 2010
Baggrunden for the requirement is the municipality’s klimatilpasningsplan from 2011. Herein it is stated, that one in 2010 expected that a stormflod, where the statistical framework Copenhagen once every 100. years will result in a vandstand, which is 1.60 metres above the dagligt trouble. But rising havvandstand means according to the plan, that a but to restore natural looking 100-årshændelse in 2060 will give a højvande of 2,05 metres above normal vandstand, and in 2100, a 100-årshændelse skvulpe 2,63 metres above normal vandstand.
Klimatilpasningsplanen suggest, therefore, that the ‘nyanlæg and nybyggeri in areas, which are at risk of flooding from the sea and rising grundvandsstand, be secured’. An af måderne that ensure is that forhøje requirement, which vandstand as bygningerne should be able to clear.
Alligevel brug for polar and locks
the Requirement, however, will only have significance for the new buildings. Existing buildings will not be labour with similar requirements. This means that a 100-årshændelse in 2100 will result in damages for several billion. In klimatilpasningsplanen have the authors thus estimeret, that a højvande of 2,55 metres above normal in 2110 will be able to udløse samfundsøkonomiske costs of 9.3 mia. kr.
in comparison, new up and locks to the north and south of Copenhagen, which can protect the city mod a højvande of 2,55 metres above normal cost of 2.3 mia. kr. that anlægge.
Ups … We were for tidligt ude
But if the municipality will maintain the requirement is uvist in the day. In an e-mail to the Engineer explains enhedschef for Byggetilladelser North Mirza Hadzibegovic, that 'there is sket a fejl under update af note.'
“In conjunction with the Center for environmental protection arbejde with the municipality’s klimatilpasningsplan was the Center for Building konstruktionsafdeling contacted for the purposes of tilføjelse af vandstands-koten for a 100-årsstormflod in Copenhagen Municipality, a note on the home page. Efterfølgende we have so proud nogle requests from the outside world and has now konstateret, that there is sket a fejl under update af note. Will opstod, when a ufærdig revision was oploadet for tidligt. In øjeblikket arbejder we forsat with the note, and the final note is on the trapperne,” he writes to the Engineer.
the Engineer follows up on the saw, when the Center of the Buildings is ready with the new note.
