Five quick KINDERGARTEN CONFLICT There was a break in labor negotiations between unions and Private Child Care Association (PBA) in June. Trade union, the union and Delta organizes most employees. Overall, taking these out 1,430 employees on strike in the first place. Altogether the conflict, however, come to include 13,000 employees in the private kindergartens.
